Postpartum Recovery

This collection is a done-for-you set of exercises to assist your body with recovering and strengthening after having baby. While there are hundreds of exercises that are helpful during postpartum, this is a set of the safest and most accessible for most bodies.

As always, you should be at least 6 weeks postpartum and have clearance from your medical care provider before engaging in any physical activity. And if you are experiencing chronic pain that some simple mobility activities do not improve, seek support from a physical or occupational therapist trained in postpartum recovery.
